The name Ndzinga comes from the word Kujinga, from the Kimbundu language of Angola, meaning to twist and turn. We share a belief that financial services can — and should — make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Founder of Ndzinga Capital and a SAIPA-member Professional Accountant (SA), currently pursuing the CFA qualification. Lebohang's experience spans financial and management accounting and advisory across private equity, banking and the non-profit sector — including US GAAP, IFRS and international finance engagements. A driven leader and community volunteer, she founded Ndzinga Capital to help people from disadvantaged backgrounds through financial literacy and financial inclusion.

A mechanical engineer with a career across South Africa's mining and locomotive sectors, Ngwedi has held Engineering Manager and Mine Manager roles and holds two Government Certificates of Competency (Mechanical Engineers, and Mine Managers — Coal). He founded Legare Mining Services in 2009 and brings deep governance, operations and people-development experience, alongside a conviction that corporate success and social welfare are interdependent.
